Now That I'm Mature

(to the tune of When I'm Sixty-Four)

Now that I'm older, losing my edge, ten years old and more
Will you still be listening to the SIGs and RUGs
Adding features, fixing my bugs?
Rank them in levels: one, two or three -- would you find a cure?
Will you enhance me, will you advance me, now that I'm mature?

	Ah ----
	Can't you feel the heat?
Ah --- If users get too made, they'll vote with their feet!

You could migrate me to XML, make my callslips work,
Help me check in serials that are complex,
Manage e-books, link to full text,
Port me to Linux, finish UB -- all cool stuff, for sure.
Will you enhance me, will you advance me, now that I'm mature?

Every summer I would have a new and feature-filled release, and on top of that
	I'd get more robust.
Ah --- Customers would respond with kudos, smiles and trust!

Send out an e-mail, post on Voy-L, publish release notes;
Analyze each problem statement one through ten --
If you'll fix it, and, if so, when.
Form a new Task Force, write some new code, increase my allure.
Will you enhance me, will you advance me, now that I'm mature?
