Manage team that maintains and develops the online experience for Library patrons and staff. The Library Systems and Digital Preservation Team implements, upgrades, enhances and troubleshoots a set of core library applications, including the integrated library system, discovery system, digital asset management system, OpenURL resolver, federated search platform and in-house requesting and delivery system, as well as creating custom applications to meet the unique needs of the Library. Before a reorganization, also managed the Web Development Team whose aim was to deliver a high-quality, fully functional web presence for the Library.

Oversaw and led teams that provided first-line support for Ex Libris products. Initially leading the Aleph Support Team, I was promoted to Manager and given added responsibility for the Voyager ILS. When the NA Primo Support Team needed new leadership, I took on this additional new role. I guided the eleven people that reported through me, prioritized the teams' work, handled urgent and atypical situations, and maximized the teams’ effectiveness. This was done through innovative approaches to the on-going needs of the organisation.

Held increasingly responsible positions responsible for planning, managing and maintaining major library automation products for the Purdue Libraries, including Voyager and NOTIS ILSes, federated search, ILL, OpenURL linking, image management and electronic resources management systems. Coordinated the efforts of Department staff in implementing library automation systems. Acted as liaison with library and non-library staff on issues of library automation. Served on ITD Management Team.
